Hotel

The room rate at Loews Ventana Canyon is $149 for single/double occupancy, $179 for triple occupancy, and $199 for quadruple occupancy. Room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes at the time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 12.05%.

Please be sure to mention Association Education Alliance (AEA) to receive the discounted rate. The AEA rate is good until November 10, 2017 - please be sure to secure your room reservations as soon as possible.

The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.
