  cash\n\n	-Warehouse security\n\n	-Inventory accuracy and cycle counting\n\
 n	-Preventative maintenance programs\n\n	-Employee safety\n\n	-Facility lay
 out and storage systems\n\n	-Inventory movement analysis\n\n	-Dead Stock\n\
 n	-The order transaction\n\n	-Functional roles in the transaction\n\n	-Team
  leadership and supervision\n\nThe Target Audience\n\nMost privately held d
 istributors struggle with training. Most training is geared toward product 
 knowledge\, sales or data processing functions. The material handling team\
 , the same people who have a significant impact on net profit\, receive lit
 tle or no formal training. Distributors tend to use the shadow or OJT metho
 d. Unfortunately\, bad habits tend to get passed down from employee to empl
 oyee. This program will give the operational leaders the tools to create th
